How to Book by WhatsApp: What to Say and What Happens Next

And yet it is the step people hesitate over most, usually because they do not know what to write or what will come back.

What to write

You do not need to be formal and you do not need to explain yourself. Four things are enough, and the pre-filled message on the website’s buttons already opens the conversation for you.

• Where you are. The hotel or the area is enough to begin: “Hotel in Palma old town”, “villa near Santa Ponsa”, “yacht at Puerto Portals”. The exact address or room number comes later, once the session is confirmed.
• When. Today, this evening, tomorrow afternoon, a specific date. If you are flexible, say so.
